Paid ads management.
An ad can do exactly one thing: bring the right person to your door. It can't make the case, and it can't close. Most wasted ad spend isn't bad ads — it's good ads pointed at pages that lose the sale, measured by clicks instead of customers.
We manage paid search and paid social for growing businesses, and we build the rest of the path along with it — the page the ad points to and the tracking underneath — so the spend gets judged on what it actually produces: leads, bookings, sales.
Where it sits in the engine.
Ads are the first component of the engine — a way to be found. Paid is the fastest version of it: you can be in front of the right search tomorrow morning. It's also the most expensive, which is why we won't run traffic to a page we don't believe in, and won't run spend without conversion tracking under it.
The four components are laid out in what we build.
What's included.
Channel strategy
Google or Meta, and why — where your customer already looks, and what it costs to be there.
Account setup
Campaign structure, keywords, audiences — built in accounts you own, not ours.
Launch creative
The ad copy and assets a campaign needs to start. Ongoing creative production is a scope-up.
Landing alignment
The page the ad points to, matched to what the ad promised. We build or fix it as part of the engagement.
Conversion tracking
Every dollar traced from click to lead. Spend without this is guessing.
Management and reporting
Bids, budgets, search terms, and a report you can read in five minutes.
How the money works.
You pay the ad platforms directly — the spend is yours, in your accounts, visible to you at all times. Our fee is flat and scoped to the engagement. We don't take a percentage of spend, because a percentage pays us to spend more, and that's the wrong incentive.
What it costs.
This work is quoted per project. Three dials shape the number — quality, speed, and size. You tell us where each one sits; we tell you what fits. The full picture is in how we price.
If what you need is the whole path — found, landing, saying yes, measured — that's your first Customer Engine, one engagement starting at $10,000.
Questions we hear.
Google or Meta?
It depends where the intent is. If people already search for what you sell, paid search wins — the customer is telling you what they want. If they don't know to search for it yet, Meta finds them by who they are. Most local businesses start with search.
What's the minimum ad budget?
Enough for the data to mean something. In most local markets that is $1,500–$3,000 a month of spend; below that, campaigns take too long to learn anything. We'll give you a real number for your market during scoping.
Do we own the ad accounts?
Yes. Everything is built in accounts you own — campaigns, tracking, history. If we part ways, all of it stays with you.
Can you fix an existing account?
Often. We start with an audit — structure, search terms, tracking. Sometimes the account is fine and the page is the problem. We'll tell you which.
Is this a retainer?
The build — accounts, tracking, landing page — is a project. Ongoing management is a monthly engagement after that, and it's month to month.
