The work.

Every engine we build ships on the same twenty-one-day clock. This is exactly how those three weeks go — what we do, what you get at each stage, and the little we need from you.

How the twenty-one days go.

Kickoff to launch, on a fixed clock. The narrow scope is what makes the clock possible — one page, one channel, one clear way to say yes, measured from day one.

Days 1–3

Kickoff, intake, and strategy

We learn the business end to end — the offer, the customer, and the one channel that earns the first dollar. By day three we've agreed, in writing, on the single job the page has to do and the one number that says it worked.

What you get
  • A one-page strategy brief
  • The offer, written in plain text
  • One agreed success metric
What we ask at kickoff
  • Who's the customer you want more of — and who do you not want?
  • What's the one action that actually grows the business?
  • What does a lead cost you today, if you know it?
  • Which search does your best customer type first?
Days 4–14

The build

Copy first, because the argument has to work in plain text before anyone designs it. Then the page, the channel setup, and the way to say yes — built in parallel, with review points where you see the work as it takes shape.

What you get
  • The landing page, written and built
  • A Google Ads account, structured and staged
  • The conversion action, wired end to end
Where we build it

Built on Next.js and Tailwind and deployed to Vercel — the same stack this page runs on. Fast, accessible, and yours to keep.

Days 15–18

QA and tracking

We test every path a visitor can take and confirm every event fires. The measurement goes live before the page does, so the first day of traffic produces real numbers instead of a blind spot.

What you get
  • GA4 and Tag Manager, every event verified
  • A Looker Studio dashboard
  • Cross-device and accessibility QA
Days 19–21

Launch

Live on your domain, ads switched on, and a walkthrough of how the engine works and how to read what it's telling you. Everything — the page, the ad account, the analytics — lives in accounts you own.

What you get
  • Live on your domain
  • Ads on, spend in your own account
  • A recorded walkthrough of the dashboard
